I love everything about my version of "Sylvie," and I'm very impressed and happy with the level of customer service I received from Chloe, my DollsActually representative. I was full of questions, and I had very specific customizations I wanted to make her into my ideal companion. I wanted a uniquely pale skin tone, eyebrows and private area hair to match the doll's main hair color, and extra realistic freckles, in addition to implanted hair, amazingly articulate fingers and body detailing. And when shipping caused a minor body defect, Chloe and the Irontech staff were quick to give me a perfect solution to fix the issue on my own. I must have sent dozens of emails to Chloe (including asking for Sylvie's bra size), and she would always reply as soon as she could given the different time zones. Irontech seems to make one of the most detailed dolls with a very solid skeleton, which is important to me, and I hope she lasts and stays beautiful a long time. And the DollsActually site is much better, more geared toward customizations, and less expensive than other sites! Strongly recommend!

So, I just want to say, the best part about this is, the skin is painted with veins and skin textured color so it does look like real skin. But a 100cm will never make you feel like Tifa is a real person but a toy. The headsculpt is debateable, but the rest of the product is very premium, including the clothes. There are even metal parts included.

She’s way hotter than she looks. Almost like a Korean. The moaning system is superb and you could dress her up daily. I enjoy with her four times daily and it’s addictive.

The exterior texture of the material feels quite good (touch of skin), a light dusting of power was on it when unpacked (to prevent sticking - understandable), might need a package of cleaner and powder to prevent sticking, after washing with water product seems to need a dusting of powder after every use, as for the interior, the initial sensation of finger probe feels nice to the touch, actual use feels great, be able to handle the product well but might need to use more strength to hold it in place, it's better to use the product while it's on a flat surface...

Overall a good product but might need to include a combo pack that offers lube, cleaner solution, anti-stick powder( for after-washing servicing), and also mineral oil for extending product shelf life.
